She specializes in nutrigenetics and nutrigenomics to enrich her clients understanding of food and supplements as direct sources of energy. Programming nutrition plans based on her clients nutrigenetics, she has seen remarkable expansion of human potential.
Sarah has trained with the Association of Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback. She guides you to understanding that humans are capable of consciously learning how to self-regulate much of their own physiology. She integrates custom approaches to bring balance to your autonomic nervous system, allowing it to return to its natural state of homeostasis. She uses biofeedback and neurofeedback modalities that train awareness of the psychophysiologic responses.
Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness Promotion from the University of North Carolina at Asheville in 2014.
